Ingredients to make Date Chutney
Dates – 1 cup
Raisins – 2 tbsp
Ginger paste – 2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Black salt – 3/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup (as per taste)
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Dry mango – 2 tsp
salt – as per taste

Dates Chutney Recipe
To enhance the taste of food, if you are making date chutney, first remove the seeds of dates and then cut the dates into fine pieces. After this, put half a cup of water and sugar in a pan and put it on the gas on medium flame to make sugar syrup. Cook it until the sugar and water become homogeneous. When the sugar syrup is ready, add chopped dates to it and mix well.

After adding dates to the sugar syrup, add raisins, ginger paste, red chilli powder and garam masala and mix with the help of a spoon. After mixing these spices, add cumin powder, black salt, asafoetida and other ingredients and finally mix salt according to taste. Now let the chutney cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. During this, keep stirring the date chutney with the help of a spoon. When the chutney is completely cooked, turn off the gas. Flavorful date chutney is ready. Serve it with food.
